Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Orders of $50 or more ship free to addresses within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $9.99. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Time
Because our products are sourced through a global fulfillment network, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), delivery may take slightly longer. We'll always provide tracking information so you can follow your order's progress.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.

Customs and Import
For orders shipped within the United States, no customs fees or import duties apply.

Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control (weather, customs processing, etc.), but we're always here to help if your order is taking longer than expected. Contact us at customer@petmanya.com and we'll investigate.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect the package if caught in time.
